Abstract:
The present invention provides a poly (ethylene-lactide), a preparation method and application thereof, and a preparation method, comprising the following steps: the glycolide and lactide are heated and melted, and then copolymerized under reduced pressure and in the presence of a catalytic amount of a catalyst, which is a metal tin Salt, in an inert atmosphere, the mixture of magnesium alkyl and taurine, the metal tin salt, and the molar ratio of magnesium alkyl to taurine are 1:0.1 to 1:0.1 to 0.5. The polyethyllactide obtained by the method of the present invention has a molecular weight of 8-300,000 and can be used for preparing medical sutures. The method of the invention has the advantages of less reaction time and high yield, and not only solves the disadvantage that the polymer is difficult to be taken out after the reaction is finished, but also is easier to package and carry after cutting, and does not add solvent, no pollution to the environment.
sovereignty:
1. A process for the preparation of polylactide, characterized by comprising the following steps: heating glycolide and lactide to melt, then Copolymerization is carried out in the presence of reduced pressure and catalytic amount of catalyst in an inert atmosphere. The catalyst is Gold tin Salt, mixture of magnesium alkyl and taurine, the molar ratio of metal tin Salt, magnesium alkyl and Taurine: 1: 0.1~1: 0.1 ~ 0.5;
Abstract:
Background: catgut embedding technology is the use of minimally invasive instruments to the biodegradable material thread body buried to a specific part of the human body or acupuncture points, through the biodegradable thread body in the meridians and acupuncture points in the formation of long-term stimulation, A technique for regulating the functions of the meridians and collaterals and treating diseases. Objective: to compare the clinical performance of new catgut embedding material of poly (lactide) and catgut for sheep gut, and to explore the application characteristics of new catgut embedding material of poly (lactide). Methods: 150 patients who needed catgut embedding therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 patients in each group. The observation group included 32 patients with spinal disease, 22 patients with epilepsy, and 21 patients with nervous tinnitus, which were treated with new embedding material of poly (lactide); The control group included 29 patients with spinal disease, twenty-three patients with epilepsy and 23 patients with nervous tinnitus were treated with catgut. The curative effect and infrared thermal image of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed, and the significant difference of curative effect and local reaction between the two kinds of catgut embedding materials was observed. Results and conclusion: in the observation group, the effective rate was 87.5% in patients with spine-related diseases, 81.8% in patients with epilepsy, and 90.5% in patients with nervous tinnitus; In the control group, the effective rate was 79.3% in patients with spine-related diseases, the effective rate was 69.6% in patients with epilepsy and 78.3% in patients with nervous tinnitus. There was no significant difference in the effective rate of two kinds of catgut embedding materials for each disease. The local body temperature returned to normal in the observation group implanted with the new catgut embedding material of poly (lactide) was significantly faster than that in the control group implanted with catgut, and the difference between the groups was significant (P0.05). Polyethylene lactide new catgut embedding material for acupoint catgut embedding therapy, compared with traditional Catgut has no significant advantage,
, the new catgut embedding material of poly (lactide-co-glycolide) has the advantages of less allergy, less local rejection and lower risk of infection.stowed
